120mm Fan and 12v Timer Bracket / Mounting Plate

This was created for a simple extractor fan setup in my shed. The shed has a 12v solar powered electrical system and was getting pretty damp in the winter months. I created this mounting plate that takes a standard 120mm computer fan and mounts it alongside a 12v timer I found on amazon (~£11): https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07CQGP6LT/ Functionality: - The 12v timer spring loaded lugs rotate to fit in cut out slots. - A slot is cut to access the 12v timer spade connectors. - The screw on cable cover cap requires an M3 bolt - An M3 captive nut can be held on the rear side of the mounting plate. ------------------------------------------------------- I am in the process of creating a louvered vent cover for the external wall fo the shed.
