120mm x 4" Dust Hose Adapter

This is an adapter to fit 4" dust hose to woodworking machines with 120mm ports. I'm using it on my SCM 315es sliding table saw. I made this because my previous adapter of a Fernco fitting + a male/male host adapter made the hose protrude too much thus preventing the saw from fully tilting to 45 degrees. With this adapter in place the blade can now tilt all the way. The OD of the dust hose end is 100mm which nicely fits 4" spiral dust hose. The 120mm end is tapered from an ID of 119mm to 118mm giving it a nice snug fit.
