120V NEMA 5-20R Industrial Receptacle Concept

This is a concept receptacle I came up with after seeing the 277/480V 3 phase Mennekes industrial outlets where I work. The Receptacle is a NEMA 5-20R (which is 120V 20A for those outside North America). The receptacle will take a standard NEMA 5-20P plug or the locking type I created to go with the enclosure. The receptacle has provision for Lockout Tagout. It has a cam rotary switch as an interlock (3LD2154-0TK53). The enclosure fits standard NEMA single gang boxes (with adapter plate) and has fittings for 1/2" conduit.
