CAD model of Input shaft from a scrap chinese 125cc motorcycle engine I have. All features Measured using vernier calipers so pretty accurate. Teeth profile are involute, but probably not exactly correct. Splines are modelled to British standards, but i have included small fillets to make it look like the real thing.
