It's tested and working.</p> <p>Outher thread - M21x1,5<br/> Fill nipple - M10x1<br/> Ptfe gasket - OD 8,8mm x 2,4mm; 3mm thickness (this is crucial part!)<br/> Alu tube - OD 6mm x 1mm; ~102mm lenght</p> <p>Pictures show working prototype. Files are updated, You don't need to mold tip of adapter.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Printed with PLA but other materials should work as well.<br/> Print with support<br/> 0,2mm layer<br/> 3 perimeters<br/> 100% infill for part with thread<br/> 5% infill for the rest</p> <p>You can chose different infill %, for different parts of same model, by using modifier mesh in prusaslicer.</p> <p>After print drill out main canal with 6mm drill. Tube fit snugly inside and don,t need glue.</p>
