A cutter to get more uniform cut down from 3" (76mm) to 2 3/4" (70mm) shotgun shells. Printing only the top part makes it to possible to cut whatevery lenght you might want. 1. Put the to parts together 2. Insert an empty and preferably sized 12G 3" shell 3. Insert a single sided razor blade into the slot 4. Turns the top around a few times to cut the shell down As I have yet to find a good way to keep the blade in place, you might have to holde it in place while turning.
