I designed this mount specifically for LJ12A3, a 12mm diameter inductive proximity sensor. It features a simple setup that doesn't require a side fan or heatsink. I didn't measure the distance between the nozzle and the probe since I don't rely on bed auto level. Attaching it can be a bit tricky but it works, at least for me.
