12MM linear rail/rod clamp bolt sleeve M4 bolt in 5mm diameter hole

This is a combination adapter sleeve and washer for fitting a M4 bolt snugly in the 12MM rod mounts available from aliexpress. These can be used with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1257251 to fit the aluminium 12mm linear rail rod clamp. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm layer or better Notes: I used my 2mm shell config so they print solid. I ran my printer really slow and printed 8 at once to prevent melting from printing layers too fast. I used a brim mainly as a carrier so the unused ones don't get lost however I don't think these need a brim to stay attached to the bed. I used ABS printed on acetone/ABS slurry on borosilicate glass, Bed=110C Extruder 255C. The ABS I used is rated 220C - 260C. printing it hot gets great layer bonding. How I Designed This I used openscad and used the MCAD/polyholes.scad library to make the hole for the bolt the correct size. I basically measured everything with a cheap pair of digital vernier callipers The taper is intended to mirror the chamfered edge of the hole in the 12MM aluminium rod clamp. I should have done an array of them in openscad to avoid the need to copy them inside repetier host.
