Added a box around the adapter, mounted the electronics. All works well! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WORK IN PROGRESS Converted an old 12vdc vacuum battery pack from NiCad cells to LiIon. Unit was given to me sans charger otherwise I would have converted it to charge the new pack. First step was to design a head to 'connect' to the pack. It's a beautiful fit on battery pack and the slots in the side allowed me to install some 'brushes' to connect to battery terminals. (brushes are just some stranded copper wire, stripped, fanned out and tinned) I use hot melt glue to hold stuff in place.
