This is a cover plate and interface for the Mean-Well 12v 29A power supply. Part number for the power supply is S-350-12. The 3 outputs I have are XT60 female and male, and banana plug connections. It was designed to operate RC LiPo battery chargers. The XT60 screw in adapters were designed by mrorange26 and are here ... http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:516420 The power connector is a standard screw in power adapter, and the snap in lighted switch should be standard as well. The print is a tight fit, tight enough to hold it's own without mounting screws, but the design has a relief to anchor into the side.
