13 inch tire

I have downloaded multiple models from this site for putting together with my designs to quickly generate presentable materials. The downloaded models are mostly for showing how my design would be used. Downloaded a 13 inch rim and tire model here with the folder name "keizer_13_in_rim_tire", and improved the tire by adding tire tread and embossed text on side walls. Upload the new tire file to contribute back to the group here. Kudos goes to the guy who first uploaded the keizer_13_in_rim_tire package.
