*I plan on taking a few more photos of the internals. Had a spare LCD from an old 14in laptop/Chromebook. After some months of having the electronics just foam taped onto the original lcd case and janky diy stand, decided to spend way too much time on designing and printing out a case to convert it into a TV for a small workshop. The case has nuts and screws to hold the 2 halves together so that it can be taken apart later for whatever reason. The back has 100mm VESA screws that in theory will allow me to wall mount the TV. The VESA mount points are M4 heat insert threads. This was printed on an Ender 3 so I had to break it down to 4 sections. Did some plastic welding to piece it together. I have uploaded the STL files as 1 piece items so it can be split apart according to their printers . The LCD is secured by salvaging the old heat insert threads from the original laptop shell. Everything is designed to "lock in place" when you glue it together. I kind of gave up after printing multiple iterations and the LCD Controller IO ports do not quite line up to the edge of the enclosure. I did adjust it in the STL file, I hope it is the right amount. LCD was model HB140WX1-300 but I believe it works with any 14" of the same resolution.
