The United Armed Forces, or UAF, is the largest military force in the solar system, employing millions of soldiers from hundreds of nationalities. The bulk of the UAF is deployed on Earth: whilst recruitment posters advertise adventures among the stars, the reality is that most operations serve a peacekeeping, diplomatic or humanitarian purpose on Terra Firma.
