These converters allow you to use a standard 15 ml conical centrifuge tube rotator (e.g. #60448) to rotate 50 ml tubes too. Just attach the adapter to the tube, and then click the back of the adapter into the slot as if it were a 15 ml tube. v4 is probably the best option for most simple rotator applications; it uses the least plastic, and has a slightly wider internal diameter so it's easier to insert the tubes. v1 and v2 are still included in case people have an application that requires a very tight hold. (v3 was the same as v4, except v4 is marginally easier to click tubes in/out.)
