1515 T-Slot (80/20's 1.5in) Linear Slider

I came across some 1.5" T-Slot and decided to make a rail for a future laser cutter upgrade. The model is scaled for 1.5" (38.1mm) so if you have 1" T-Slot scale it by 66.66% and for 20mm T-Slot scale by 52.49% however you will need to drill out the holes for the sliders for whatever hardware you use. My 1.5" version is for 6-32 machine screws. The cap screw for the rail was 1/4-20. The slider pad was made using a dollar store HDPE cutting board ripped into a 1.5" strip and slowly stripped down on a table saw until it was a good slip fit. You could easily export the pad model for 3D printing. I recommend putting some thin foam tape along the sides of the sliders against the frame. That will provide a squishy spring and keep them easily removeable.
