This was made to hold the bike inside my car, don't think i would trust it for outside my car. Clamp B is scooped out at its base to save on plastic and time. I printed in Petg because I think its layer adhesion is needed for printing the axle vertically. Designed around hardware I had laying around but 6mm hex cap bolt and washer should work or a 1/4" allen head bolt with 6mm washers. The bolts I used are 1/4" stove pipe bolts from a Harborfreight set I can't find on their website anymore. 1/4" T-nuts on the back of the board. The washers are 6mm Hillman stainless from Lowes, I'm sure the zinc ones will fit too. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-5-Count-6-mm-Stainless-Steel-Metric-Flat-Washer/3033583 I am not good at laying out drilling patterns and in Tinkercad you don't have precise center measurements to your holes. So I made some centering pins for layout on the plywood. Again with hardware I had laying around, 1.5mm x 12mm pointy screws. I think you can pound a thin finishing nail there. The hex part is 15mm. I do not own a bike with Boost so the 110 axle is untested.
