I printed these on my Elegoo Mars resin printer using a 50/50 mix of Fast & Tenacious. The drive pulley is GT2 16 tooth pulley on a nema 17 stepper with 5mm shaft driving the 80 tooth extruder for a 5 to 1 mechanical advantage. The extruder it self is a off the shelf MK8 Extruder Aluminum Block Bowden Extruder 1.75MM. In the frame is two Deep Groove Ball Bearing Double Shield 695-2Z 1080095, 5mm x 13mm x 4mm Carbon Steel Bearings . The shaft for the extruder is a 5mm x 30mm screw and three nuts with blue thread lock . the belt is a 2GT-6 Closed Loop Rubber Length 200mm, Width 6mm.
