.177 suppressor for air rifles

this is a basic suppressor for .177 air rifles. if you're careful with tolerances it should fit a .22 AIR rifle, too. do not be a dummy and do not stick this on a proper .22lr gun. if you do however, make sure to record everything for youtube fame. it's designed to clamp on to a 15.25mm thick barrel with a cutout for stock iron sights. this should fit a diana 25, norinco b1 and b2, and perfecta 32 just right, but watch out for your optic's axis. the internal channel is 6mm wide, so you shouldn't have to worry about baffle strikes. it's supposed to be printed standing up, internal support structures aren't required because of the extreme baffle angles. my first print fell over because of adhesive failure to the base plate (abs print, plate too cold, warpage visible in pictures), so i shortened it to compensate. it failed right before the end, so i printed out a sleeve that fits the first 80%. this monstrosity i took pictures of, but it still worked as intended. the next version will be much flatter, longer, and printed on its sides. edit: i'd recommend you to cut off the top end prior to printing and to make a version of your own that fits your barrel, it was a real pain up the butt to align this one to the bore axis to avoid baffle strikes. the bottom 90% worked great for me, YMMV.
