I needed to be able to run 16 samples and a ladder for a western blot experiment. I designed this comb to allow for that and an end blank, giving me 18 wells. I made one, and with some sanding I was able to make it work and produce a fairly clean western. The design could use some work to make it more printer friendly, but it can be printed and successfully used as is. This was designed for use with the biorad mini gel system, 1mm plates.
