I don't have any information. The following settings were used for the printer: XYZ Da Vinci 1.0. The "Rafts" and "Supports" sections indicate that they do not matter in this case. Resolution was set to .3 and Infill at 10%. The user added a note that nothing special occurred during the print, and they did use glue stick to adhere the printed object to the printer bed. Raft and Support settings were both adjusted to "Doesn't Matter".
