Charger for 18650 (18x65mm) and 21700 (21x70mm) size Li-Ion battery using TP4056 charging module (available on Amazon or Aliexpress). Charges the battery at 1A maximum. There are 2 led indicators visible from the side and bottom: Red = charging , Blue = Charged / waiting for battery Uses a spring and a metal plate : plate size 13x11x0.5mm spring length 9mm BOM (Bill of material) 1x TP4056 USB-C module 2x wires ~24awg, ~6cm minimum 2 screws M2*4mm metal plate PLUS (flat) and MINUS (spring) Size when assembled (Lxhxp): 82x23x22mm Metal plates can be recovered from old, unused appliances Assembly instruction: Strip the 2 24awg wires for 5mm and twist or tin them. Pass the wires through the frame (picture) Solder the wires on the load module: pads B- and B+. Cut the wires to the right length to solder them on the metal plates: red wires 6cm, black wires 4.5cm Insert the metal plates into the frame Position the cover facing the usb c and screw it with the 2 M2 screws.
