I know, yet ANOTHER battery holder. There are a lot of great battery holders out there, but all are too wide for my use that has a 40mm width limit. Designed to securely hold two 4000mah 18650 batteries in series. My 5800mah batteries fit, but they flex the outer walls over 40mm so I can't use them. - requires AA battery holder contacts, you may want to CA them in place - Solder one set of contacts together and slide in the full slot end. It's very important to mate the parts flat and w/o any solder lumps. See pic on a way to clamp the contacts with a spring clamp. - The "+" end of inserts is on the cut-out ends of the holder (see pics). - Be sure to print hot enough so the layers are well bonded. The outside wall is thin. - PETG, 4 perimeter, 20% fill. (PLA may not have enough flex)
