Battery Holder for Electronic Devices. This is a Spring Tab design. You can run Series or Parallel how ever you like. I prefer this style method much better than a tab tab system. For now if you want to double up print 2 and glue together, side to side back to back. These were designed for making battery banks or packs. Very Sturdy Design!!! *** Please NOTE these Aren't Cases! *** Note* For the wire. Drill hole several sizes up from the diameter of the wire and insulation. You need to give a little room for the wire to expand due to solder sucking. Don't be too scared about drilling too big of a hole. as long as you can make the wire through and flush enough for the connectors. Epoxy in place on outside. Also for connecting in between batteries you'll need to remove the insulation and throw on some liquid rubber(liquid tape"any color, red"). The heat from soldering will melt it. I think next time for this I am going to use straight solid thick copper wire(ie. 120V household wiring). Another Note* Drill hole offset to the battery for the tab side, make the wire like a "L", then solder. Else you won't be able to center the tab. The spring can be in center. *** I have noticed that when using HIGH CURRENT the Negative(-) side of battery and spring get hot. If case then go back to Tab,Tab system. ***(I will make a set of those in future post)
