18650 Charger - 4x Batteries

I had so many 18650 batteries I took out of old laptop batteries I thought I should make a charger so I could charge more than one at a time - as I use these in most of my electrical projects, torches etc it might be handy. OK, so before anyone mentions that perhaps its not a great idea to charge batteries with different capacities and any other reason this was a dumb idea - I have already thought about all this - and still went ahead and did it anyway..
