This is a 18650 Li-Ion battery charger using a TP4056 charge management module for Li-Ion battery. Uses a for USB-C 5V-1A port and charges the battery at 1A maximum. There are 2 led indicator visible from the side and bottom: Red = charging , Blue = Charged / waiting for battery It doesn't need metal springs or plate usually used in other online dispnible concept. Here the spring is 3D printed the plastic deforms slightly when the battery is inserted. Small markings indicate the orientation of the battery on the bottom of the charger BOM (Bill of material) 1x TP4056 USB-C module 2x wires ~24awg, ~6cm minimum 2x M3x4mm screws Size when assembled (Lxhxp): 86x26x20mm Assembly instruction: Strip the 2 24awg wires for 5mm and twist or tin them. Put the 2 wires around the screw pitches to surround the screws as seen in the pictures. Screw the screws into the "Batis.stl" each with their wire around until the screws compress the wires against the "Bati.stl" (picture 1 and 1.1) Pass the 2 wires to the locations provided (photo 1.2), cut them, strip them and tin them. Solder the wires to the TP4056 load module by placing it on its location. (2 and 3, 3.1) Clip the "Capos.stl" to the "Bati.stl" to secure the placement of the load module. (4) Finish the assembly by clipping the "Faceplate.stl" to the "Bati.stl" making sure the usb-c port is placed through the "Faceplate.stl".
