This is a simple ring made to turn an 18650 Lithium battery into a 26650 size. The rings are wide with a taper towards the bottom, they fit smoothly and should be very stable in a battery tube. The center hole is sized at 18.4mm, makes a nice snug fit on a Samsung 30Q. The outer diameter is 27.5mm, It fits most 26650 tubes with very little slack. The idea was nothing should rattle.
