Used this as a pole topper/end for a pole my wife made from an 18mm aluminum pipe. You may have to scale it up slightly (1-2%) to get it to fight tightly depending on your printer. How I Designed This Designed in Autodesk Fusion 360 3 circle sketch from top plane centered on each other. Inner circle at 14mm, middle one at 15.7mm, outer at 18mm. Extruded 14-15.7mm face backwards by 3mm. Extruded all faces forwards by 2mm.
