Some sources spell it Neal and others Neale. The designer of this aircraft was JV Neale and the first model came out in 1909. A version VI was photographed at the Humber Cycle Works in Coventry, England. It was styled on the lines of the Bleriot that crossed the English Channel and was also similar to the Morane Bullet of WWI fame. It probably had an Anzani engine. Controls relied on wing-warping, elevators and a rudder.
