I wanted to make a mini me of my dads van so I did just that to an scx24 Rc crawler and it is complete with a license plate mount on grill, mirrors, bumper holes for clipless mounting to the car using 2mm bolts, and even 3mm led holes on the front. To remove the body simply unscrew the four bumper screws. If your ok with clips then I guess you can drill a hole in the roof instead of the four screws. This print takes around 20 hours so I recommend printing the parts separate Hope you enjoy your new Econoline 200.
