Designed for billet and blank, the back side is not filleted as the real part would be because it wasn't necessary as I was willing to let the .25" cutter do whatever fillet is needed in the tool path creation as it was not critical. This is a sheet metal piece on from the factory. Mill one out like this, or add some fins to the base model for a vintage look.
