This decorative payphone dial plate for a Western Electric 1E3 Postpay Payphone. There are two parts, a front and back plate. The front plate can be chromed or printed in silver satin filament. A clear number card cover along with a paper number tag are held in place by a rectangular opening. The back plate can be glued or hot staked to the front plate. The front plate can be glued to the payphone or hot staked as well.
