Since there were no affordable voltage meters for 1S BT2.0 lipos available on the market, I decided to create my own. Parts you need to buy: 1x 0.28 Inch DC LED Digital Voltmeter (2 wire version) (e.g. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003922909295.html) 1x Female BT2.0 plug (e.g. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004465425088.html) You also need a soldering iron, ~3cm of silicon wire (to connect plug to voltmeter), ~4cm of transparent heat shrink tube. Instructions: - Print the 3D part in the vertical position with support just for the "pin" (which will fit into the Voltmeter PCB hole) - Solder the wires to the BT2 plug (you can rotate the bt2 pins so you can better route the wires to the bottom of the 3D part) - Fit the plug inside the housing - Attach 3D part with BT2 plug inside + wires to the voltmeter (slide pin into the PCB hole to lock part into place and prevent stressing the wires when you pull the lipo out of the BT2 plug) - Solder the wires into the PCB (cut them into the needed length now) respecting polarity - Wrap everything in transparent heat shrink tube so they stay secured as a single piece PS: Name printed on a Dymo and slided in before wrapping.
