1S4P - 18650 Battery Pack (Flashlight, Torch, Camera, Head Torch)
thingiverse
1S4P ==== I wanted to convert my 4xAA CREE headlamp to use an 18650 pack. The 18650s are salvaged from used laptop batteries. They are all connected in parallel, wrapped in kapton tape and then attached to a small BMS with 5amp fuse wire on both positive and negative. I soldered a JST male to the headlamps AA + and -. I then soldered the female JST to the BMS. There is a small hole in the box to allow the cable through. Using a hot soldering iron, I placed four threaded nuts (M3x4x5) into the each corner hole of the bottom model. Then using small M3 screws, I screwed the the top to the base. ** Unfortunately my filament spool tangled during the print so the bottom print is less than desirable, however it is functional so I didn't bother reprinting! ** Items used: ------------------ [Kapton Tape](https://ebay.to/32m7Ae8) [M3 Threaded Knurl Nuts](https://ebay.to/2Pj66Mg) [18650 Battery Tester](https://ebay.to/2PAMVht) [JST Connector - 2 Pin Pair](https://ebay.to/2vfvw6G) [5 Amp Fuse Wire](https://ebay.to/3ac5ssj) [1S 4A BMS](https://ebay.to/32lHwjr) [M3 Screws](https://ebay.to/2TblRWT)
