1st gen IKEA JERKER cap

1st gen IKEA JERKER cap

Source: Thingiverse
Summary The JERKER is a discontinued IKEA desk. While it is nearly impossible to destroy one of these heavy-duty pieces of furniture, it is possible to loose some parts while moving or storing it. So this is a design to replace the plastic caps that are used to close the metallic tubes that make up this desk skeleton. Its dimensions are for the 1st gen JERKER; I do not know if the 2nd gen use the same part. Print Settings Printer: Dagoma DiscoEasy 200 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% (top cap) or 100% (foot cap) Notes: Print with support, with the curved size upwards. This will require a hefty amount of support, but will produce the best looking print. How I Designed This Designed using OnShape, from an existing part. Feel free to reuse the public document!
