Slide out cupholder that replaces the ashtray in a first generation 4Runner. To install it, remove the ashtray and leave the mounting bracket installed. Take the printed parts and assemble them with the 1/4-20 or 10-24 set screw depending on which file you downloaded. I put both files up, they both work, but they allow for differences in wear on the OEM bracket in the truck. If you download the 10-24 and it seams loose you can always drill out the hole and tap it for 1/4-20. After this is assembled, slide the cupholder into the ashtray bracket. If you use a standard phillips head screw, you will have to force the the cupholder in and the bracket will deflect a bit and then pop into place. If you use a set screw like this: https://www.mcmaster.com/94105A537/ or a, 10-24 version set screw, you can slide it in with out deflecting the bracket and then tighten down the screw to hold it in place. Let me know how it works and if anything can be improve. Thanks!
