1Up Wheel Chock

1Up Wheel Chock

This is a wheel chock to mount to a 1up bike rack to help stabilize the front tire and center the bike on the rack. It is made to use 2 M6 bolts to hold it to the tray. The holes are 2.5" apart. I put the wheel chock in the desired position and used a center punch to mark the holes on the tray. I then drilled and tapped the two center marks to M6x1.0. One design change that would make this better is to have the tray be a through hole and thread the screws into the wheel chock. This would prevent water from pooling in the holes of the wheel chock and in the bolt head.
