2.5 inch (63mm) dust port adapter to 60mm hose

This is an adapter that will fit inside 63mm (2.5 inch) dust ports common in many stationary machines to a 60mm hose (the adapter is 59mm in diameter, perfect for a snug fit). The side that goes on the machine is slightly tampered so it still fits snugly on machines that deviate a bit from the 63.5mm. I added a texturized center ring to make it easier to grab to pull it out and also make it a bit more rigid. On my dewalt 7492 table saw and my plainer I switched from using my standard 35mm shopvac hose with an adapter to connect it to the 63mm (2.5inch) dust port on the machine, to having a 60mm hose straight from the shopvac to the machines, nearly doubling the airflow (also because my hose is now 180cm instead of almost 300) In general, always try to use a hose the as close in diameter as the dustport in your machine as possible as as short as possible. It makes a big difference.
