This is an adapter for 2.5 inch hard drives or SSDs in a Cooler Master tower. My case came with one, but I recently replaced some mechanical hard drives with SSDs, and I needed more. This is basically a copy of the one provided, minus any holes in the original that were probably only there to reduce material in the injection molded part.
