This is remix of the original file: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:858533 Which had the wrong scale, while using as a base the rescaled modification: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1607776 However the 'properly scaled' model above is still off by 1mm, because the 5.25" bays are 5.75" wide which makes them 146.05mm wide and not 147mm as the above model. Sometimes it could be forced into the bay, but made the whole tray to bend to compensate for the bigger dimension and would require forceful insertion and not as good fit. So here is my attempt at scaling where now the model is 145.7mm which gives some margin for over-extrusion and still should fit into the 146.05mm bay without any need to do filing/sanding or post-processing of the printed file. Because my model is slightly under-dimensioned to make sure it fits, it might require screws to hold it in place as there is little friction expected from my remake. Plus I trimmed the top of the model so less plastic is used, however the base design is very nicely and efficiently made anyway (smooth curves on base will make sure that the is good first layer adhesion as well as fast print).
