I had some problems with the original 2 in 1 cooler from eiPionezero as the clamping force of the fan duct reduced over time due to material creeping. Sometimes the complete cooler came loose and fell off. Because i wanted the fan duct to be easily removable, the options with zip ties were not acceptable for me, so i remodeled the entire object to have a higher clamping force. Therefore I reinforced the clamps to be thicker and wrap around the E3D v6 Hotend more than the original one. The rest of the fan duct is nearly the same shape as the original one. My printer is operating since approximately 50 hours without any sign of fan duct loosening so far, the clamping force is still high. I recommend you to print this thing in PETG because it is more durable than PLA and therefore creates a higher clamping force, PLA might break more easily when installing removing the cooler. There is no need for supports, I printed with 20% infill, more will make the clamping force higher and vice versa.
