I appreciate your feedback, Acarius10! Your design allows me to print a variety of drill bit sizes without having to print an entire handle. Instructions: Use the provided scad file for customization. With default settings, you can successfully print drill bits up to 10mm in diameter. Before final production, it's essential to test-print a prototype and check its smooth sliding motion. This step is crucial, as the fit of the drill bit within the handle will largely depend on your specific printer's calibration and performance. A good starting point for testing is to adjust the scale variable ssf accordingly. In my personal experience with these stl files, a scale of 0.96 (4% reduction) has yielded excellent results.
