2-Part T2.5 Pulley for 608ZZ Bearing

I was very happy with the original two-part pulley design, until I realized that the belts on my printer were T2.5 and not GT-20! As I wasn't satisfied with any readily-available T2.5 design and had already printed three of the inner sleeve, I decided to make a compatible outer sleeve with the correct gear pattern. The Inner.stl file is copied from the original part. The Outer.stl part is made from the Parametric Pulley Reloaded, with an added ring matching the inner sleeve added. The SCAD is provided. My printer printed the pulley part a little short of the 7mm required to enclose the 608ZZ bearing. When I put the pieces together, I had a gap that no amount of cleanup would close. The additional Outer-Taller.stl part is the same outer pulley, but 7.5mm instead of 7mm. I found this fits the bearing better for me. You can always sand it down to fit perfectly. Lastly, I chose to glue the two pieces together around the bearing with a few drops of CA glue. If I ever need to get the bearing out, it should not be difficult to break/crack it apart.
