DT-12 Blaster Airsoft Parts

DT-12 Blaster Airsoft Parts

Following Happy Trooper's great tutorial, I converted my airsoft KJW MK1 to a DT-12! I redesigned a few parts to be smoother or print better on a SLA printer, which is what I used for everything except the front muzzle device, which was printed in 100% infill PETG. I included only the files I used in the image. I also skipped the top greeblie since it seemed like a very fragile part that would break off in the first hasty holstering, and I also left off the disks on the grips as they made it uncomfortable to hold. I added a plate to the bottom of the "Twinkie" part so that it bridges the ejection port for better adhesive contact. I also made a left and right version of the stylus tips to clear the barrel. I used real UG-175 connectors from ebay, though I also included a higher res model of one if you don't want to buy them. I recommend using some strong 2 part epoxy to attach the parts such as JB Plastic Bonder, and also it would be smart to use some epoxy putty to bed the area where the Stylus parts lay against the frame, so you can have more surface contact.
