It is a simple game, where all players put an initial amount of money in a "common fund" (can be a dollar) then each player rolls the dice once per turn and must do what the dice says. For example if you roll "Take 1" he will take 1 dollar from the pool and if you roll "put 2" he must put 2 dollars in the pool, if on the other hand someone rolls "take all" that person will win everything in the pool. It's a fun game for parties.
