2005 Honda Pilot Key Fob

I've tried all the other 05 Pilot key fob designs I could find on here, but they've all broken on me. My biggest complaint was that none utilized the 2mm threaded hole in the key "blade" to secure it. My design requires more hardware, but I believe it will be sturdier and hold up over time. If it doesn't I'll try to modify the design to improve it. This was designed around the key and electronics for a 2005 Honda Pilot, but it's possible this design will work for other Honda models as well. Materials Required: (1) Printed Fob_Lid.stl (1) Printed Fob_Body.stl (2) M3 heat insert nuts (1) M2x10 hex screw (1) M2 Nut Blue threadlocker (the M2 nut could probably be substituted with a nylon lock nut instead of using threadlocker) Assembly is fairly self-explanatory: - Insert the M3 heat nuts into the Fob_Body.stl as shown in the pictures - Insert the fob electronics and chip into Fob_Body.stl (NOTE: If you forget or lose the chip, your car won't start with this key!) - Insert the key blade (I used a vise to press it in) - Snap the cover on and screw it together using some blue threadlocker on the M2 nut (or nylon locking nut)
