This is a replacement standoff/upper bracket for the power window on a 2006 Sebring convertible. This replaces the plastic part that secures the upper portion of the rearmost power window track to the frame of the door. If the power window in your door is loose and shifting around, this may be your problem. In the attached photos you can see how the original white part simply broke into two pieces. To use this, you will need to remove the old broken part and remove the bolt from it. That bolt will slide into the slot on this replacement part. For extra strength, you should finish by sliding in the inert and gluing it in place. if you use ABS or ASA, you can just drip some acetone into the gaps. Otherwise, I suggest you use some epoxy. To remove the old part and install the new, you will also have to bend up the metal tab on the window brace on the metal power window track. This is a fairly soft metal, and the tab can be bent up with a screw driver and some determination. This will make more sense once you have the door panel off. Sorry that I didn't take pictures.
