I've printed it a couple of times, with and without supports. All came out nice. Print at a high infill and small resolution to make it as solid as possible. The hot sun coming thru the windshield in the summer will make it very hot. I'm in Florida and haven't had any issues. When mounting in your truck, the rubber mat in the bottom of the tray lifts up. Use both screws from the tray to install the mount. It literally took 3 minutes to install. More mods coming, send suggestions.
