With this clamping device you can securely clamp small parts in order to engrave / laser them. The clamping bracket is extremely flexible and can be used in any desired position. The outer guide rails are held with 2 rubber bands. However, you can always leave out 1 rubber band if the space requires it. 2x holding rails are required (identical left / right) And now you can work flexibly ... e.g. with 1x cross arm + 1x flexible arm or with 2 flexible arms or even with 4 flexible arms, if it has to be very precise. I am happy to add further modules if required and desired. See pictures. The assembly should be self-explanatory. For each flexible arm you need: 1x handle screw M4 x 10 / knurled screw with plastic handle (or similar) 1x M4 nut ********************************** #C: DEUTSCH# ##Spannvorrichtung für NEJE DK-8-KZ Gravurlaser## Auf Grund der ruckartigen Bewegung der unteren Platte (Schlitten), verrutschen kleine Teile leider sehr häufig. Mit dieser Spannvorrichtung kann man kleine Teile sicher einspannen um diese zu gravieren / lasern. Die Spannhalterung ist hierbei enorm flexibel und kann in jede gewünschte Position gebraucht werden. Die äußeren Führungsschienen werden mit 2 Gummibändern gehalten. Wobei man 1 Gummiband wahlweise auch immer weglassen kann, wenn es der Platz erfordert. Benötigt werden 2x Halteschiene (identisch links/rechts) Und jetzt kann man flexibel arbeiten... z.B. mit 1x Querarm + 1x flexiblen Arm oder auch mit 2 flexiblen Armen oder gar mit 4 flexiblen Armen, wenn es ganz genau sein muss. Gerne kann ich die Halterung bei Bedarf und Wunsch auch noch ergänzen um weitere Module. Siehe Bilder. Die Montage sollte selbsterklärend sein. Je flexiblen Arm wird benötigt: 1x Griffschraube M4 x 10 / Rändelschraube mit Kunststoffgriff (oder ähnlich) 1x M4 Mutter
