2020/2040/4040 NEMA17 Mount with Tool Bracket

This is a versatile NEMA17 extruder stepper relocation mount with tool bracket designed specifically for the Ender 3, which should work equally well on many other printers. The original design was taken from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WqMb3x0XPMiGRHV5DKVvvKulfL3gMx8mphNqqPGDETM/edit/. However, I wanted to add a feature that allows for the attachment of holders like those found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3566617. Additionally, I created a PTFE PC4-M6 screw in adaptor version that I will post once I've optimized it to reduce its size; it's currently too large due to excessive faces. EDIT: The PTFE holder version has been added, though it still takes up considerable space - any further reduction would cause thread distortion. I haven't printed the revised version yet but plan to attempt it this weekend. All credit goes to the original designers; I merely added a strategically placed square that might prove useful for others. For easy switching between PTFE and Palette holders, I employ an M3 x 6mm thumb screw and matching M3 nut.
