2020 Aluminum Rail Wire mount

This is a wire mount for a 2020 aluminum rail. It is designed to be bolted down by an M4 x 10 mm bolt. I looped a 1/16th cable wire through the hole to cross brace my FLSUN Delta printer/s frame. I heated the M4 bolt before putting it in the hole. The hole in the design is very sung, but thats what I wanted. Holding the bolt under a lighter for a few seconds should allow the M4 bolt to screw in easily. The STL is oriented the way I installed the part but when I printed it I oriented the part like a D so the printer layers were vertical to improve the strength of the part. Print Settings Printer: FLSUN Delta Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: Rotate the STL to look like a D for a stronger part. Post-Printing Heated M4 nuts because of tight fit
